The Companion program is designed to give your dog a strong foundation in basic obedience and good manners. Whether you’re looking for a well-behaved family companion or preparing for more advanced training, this program helps your dog learn to listen and respond reliably at home and in public.
What Your Dog Will Learn
Program Details
Your dog will board with the trainer for 2 weeks in a structured, positive learning environment. Training is paced to your dog’s needs, with all treats and training equipment included.
Support for Owners
At the end of training, you will take part in a private transfer session to learn how to maintain and reinforce your dog’s new skills. You will also receive one complimentary follow-up session each year to refresh skills, ensuring lasting success.
What Your Dog Will Learn
- Heeling on a loose leash at your side
- Automatic sit when you stop walking
- Sit and down commands with stay until released
- Introducing the “Place” command (bed, mat, or rug)
- Polite manners in public
